Like it or not, the final days of summer are here. The kids are heading back to school, the nights are getting cooler, and leaves are already beginning to change. Back to school time means that some of us may have more time for sewing, so I thought I’d kick off this Labor Day weekend with a double giveaway sponsored by the Fat Quarter Shop AND a pattern sale of all of my quilt patterns, both foundation paper pieced and traditionally pieced.

  42. One night I heard all of this noise coming from the fireplace. I went outside to look and saw what I thought was a huge cat sitting on top. As I was wondering how it got up there it turned and I saw it was a large great horned owl. He was beautiful and I was thrilled to have this small bit of animal planet so near. I hated to go into the house. Anyway, this fabric reminds me of that cherished time. I would be happy you have either

  50. Just came across your sale and blog while killing time n IG! Will start following you as your patterns are great. Recently started paper piecing and need to keep practicing. I like bundle 2 and would use it for a charity quilt. It’s great to receive, and it’s also great to give!
